Hylenex (Baxter Healthcare)
In December 2006 OAS received an unrestricted grant of $50,000 from Baxter Healthcare, leader in the manufacture of IV systems. The grant was facilitated by Greg Foster and his development team at Halozyme. Baxter distributes Hylenex and the other forms of recombinant hyaluronidase. Now that Baxter has focused on ophthalmic anesthesia, it has partnered with OAS.
