OAS Associate Membership - $100.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: December 15th
Your membership renewal date will be: 15 Dec 2024 No automatically recurring payments Any person directly or indirectly involved in the provision of ophthalmic anesthesia services, but not qualifying for regular membership. Associate members are entitled to all benefits of membership, but may not vote or hold office. RNs, ophthalmic techs, surgical techs should select this member type.

Regular - CRNA, AA, PA - $395.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: December 15th No automatically recurring payments Any certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) currently certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and validly licensed by the state in which he or she is engaged as a practicing CRNA (where such licensure is required under state law), and who is actively engaged in the practice of anesthesia.

Regular - Physician - $395.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: December 15th
Your membership renewal date will be: 15 Dec 2024 No automatically recurring payments Any anesthesiologist or ophthalmologist certified or eligible to be certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology or the American Board of Ophthalmology, who holds a valid and unrestricted license to practice medicine and who is actively engaged in the practice of anesthesiology or ophthalmology.

Resident / Fellow - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: December 15th No automatically recurring payments Any person engaged full-time in an approved anesthesiology, ophthalmology or CRNA program. This membership category includes registration to one annual scientific meeting. Resident/Fellow members are entitled to all benefits of membership, but may not vote or hold office.
